30th March 2008, sudden drastic change of weather around my house causing tis hailstorm... at 1st fierce and savage thunder, causing d ELCB tripped numbers of time.. then i malas 2 reset back d ELCB n lepak outside d house, n notice many small small white things on d ground... took a closer look n found these small small white ice... Wao!!!
so i google abit n found out tat it happended when raindrops are blown up n down within a cloud, passing repeatedly through layers of warm n freezing air n collecting layers of ice until they r too heavy for d winds 2 keep them frm falling...
n overseas did happended b4 n theirs is even bigger in size...
